Cancellation Policy

At EcoNeat, we understand that plans can change. We ask clients to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

1. Cancellations


Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time: no fee applies.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booking value.

2.  Rescheduling


We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

3. Access Issues


If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.

Examples include:

  • incorrect address details

  • locked property

  • no response from the client

4. Late Arrival


If delays occur due to client-related issues, cleaning time may be reduced or additional charges may apply.

5.  Company Cancellations


In rare situations, EcoNeat may need to reschedule or cancel services due to:

  • staff illness

  • unsafe weather conditions

  • emergencies

  • unforeseen operational issues

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment.
