Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by EcoNeat.

1. Bookings


Bookings are confirmed once we receive your appointment request and provide confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

2. Pricing


All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • the property condition differs significantly from the description provided

  • extra services are requested

  • access delays increase service time

Any additional charges will be discussed before proceeding.

3. Payments


Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling


We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

5.  Access to Property


Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy


For End of Lease Cleaning services only:

If your property manager or agent identifies cleaning-related issues within 72 hours of service completion, please notify us with photos where possible.

We will return to address eligible cleaning issues at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • damage

  • permanent stains

  • pre-existing conditions

  • areas not included in the original booking

7. Limitations of Liability


While we take reasonable care during all services, EcoNeat is not liable for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • wear and tear

  • fragile or improperly secured items

  • issues outside our control

Clients should notify us of any delicate items before service.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse services where conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

9. Arrival Window


While we always aim to arrive on time, please allow a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic, parking, weather conditions, or delays from previous appointments.

If we are running significantly behind schedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.

10. Website Use


All website content, branding, and materials are the property of EcoNeat and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
